A retreat with ancestral practices that will challenge you to break through limitations and develop a true reconnection with your courage, emotional strength and authenticity through practical tools

You have to relearn how to be a man!

In today's world, most men face an undeniable challenge: how to balance their masculine energy of strength, courage and determination with the pursuit of healing, personal growth and spiritual connection. In a society that often despises ancestral traditions and sacred values, the time has come for questioning.

The ancestral teachings of native peoples are a valuable source of inspiration and guidance for the context in which man lives today. These cultures understood the importance of nurturing and keeping your inner strength alive, honoring nature, and living in harmony with the world around you.

Learning to integrate ancestral wisdom with the challenges of today's world is the key to not only personal but also professional growth.

Most men report feeling a disconnect with their emotions and a sense of inner emptiness.

Studies indicate that most, most men report feeling disconnected from their emotions, a lack of purpose and a sense of inner emptiness. These alarming statistics reflect the crisis faced by men in contemporary society.

Anxiety, depression, burnout, are some of the numerous mental health problems that, according to studies, men are facing, in addition men are less likely to seek professional help to deal with these internal challenges. that it is due, in part, to the social pressure that men face to be strong, courageous and independent. However, men who allow themselves to explore their vulnerability and take care of their emotional health tend to have a better quality of life, more satisfying relationships and greater resilience in the face of challenges, better performance at work, having greater productivity, creativity and leadership skills.

It's important to recognize that men too have their pains, their inner struggles, and a deep desire to find meaning and connection in their lives. However, they are often overlooked or ridiculed when they try to seek help or explore their emotional world.

Have a safe space, designed exclusively for men who want to reconnect with your true essence, facing your pain and finding a path of healing and personal growth, is what can make the difference to turn once and for all this key to living a life with more completeness and internal strength.

The importance of the project

This journey is based on the Native American code of ethics and the principles of the warrior of the red road. Through these ancestral knowledge, circle practices, and some sacred medicines of the red road, the aim is to awaken, harmonize, and strengthen the true inner warrior. In times of social role reconfiguration, it's urgent for men to come together as our ancestors did, to work with masculine energy and strength, address masculine themes within a circle of brotherhood, pray, sing, and fortify the spirit aligned with sacred purposes.
